It's been a strange time under lockdown and with a disaster in the Dandenongs, so I expected to wait a while for the pruning job to happen.
The quote was in late June and the crew came today (August 24) and were extremely professional.
There were a few big limbs of a giant Lemon Scented Gum and a few overhanging branches of the Golden Elm.
They took all the material to their chipper and then cleaned up the yard and garden before leaving.
The service, the quote, the work was all of the highest standard and the bill was quite reasonable. {That's NOT an invitation to put the prices up! :---) }
Highly recommended.

I called the Tree Amigos who had worked next door and Alex came promptly and gave a quote that I thought was in the right ballpark.
A few days later Taman and Chris showed up with ropes and gear and hand saws and chain saws and very efficiently removed large Lemon Scented Gum limbs that were blocking sunlight to my solar panels and overhanging the office.
They were a good team and Chris was brilliant flying through the trees on the ropes.
All the heavy limbs were carefully lowered to avoid building and garden damage and then cut for the woodchipper.
All the tree litter was raked and mulched and the last bits of sawdust blown onto the garden (where I wanted it).
Excellent job, guys. Will call you in Autumn to trim the Golden Elm.
