I rang Tradewinds at 9.00am Easter Saturday in a little bit of a panic. My daughter had ordered a Birthday cake for her little girls party on Easter Saturday afternoon from a well known supermarket. The supermarket called her Easter Saturday morning to say as their cake decorator was not in today the Birthday cake which had been orderd could not be supplied. My daughter called me in a real state. She had no time to make one and kids arriving in the afternoon for a party. I immediately called Tradewinds as we have had Birthday cakes from them previously and they have been a big hit. Rosemary answered and I explained the situation to which she replied what kind of cake would you like and how do you want it decorated . Then went in to say it would be ready in an hour. I was blown away. Talk about service plus. Thankyou so much Rosemary and Tradewinds. You have made a little girl, her Mum and her little friends very happy. I have always recommended Tradewinds to family & friends and will continue to do so. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou.
