Six of us went for dinner recently. 3 had the Chicken Parma and 3 had the special of the day, Chargrilled T-Bone. The servings were more than a meal, and the food cooked to perfection. The Chicken Parma's showed no hint of 'pink' and were in no way dry or stringy, just absolutely fabulous. I had the T-Bone, and ordered it medium rare. It was cooked perfectly and tasted devine! All six of us were very impressed. My hubby and I recently visited Hamilton Island and ate at some of the restaurants. The food at Hogans was by far better than what we received at some of the Islands top-class restaurants, and is also very good value for money.
