I needed a roof restoration for my home after the storm we had Christmas Day 2023 and sent out numerous request for quotes to companies. Most companies did not get back to me within a fortnight and one wanted me to pay a fee for them to come out and quote. Tim from Roof Force got back to me the next day and had a quote to me within a couple of days. The quote I found to be very reasonable and detailed with a breakdown of costs. Brendan dealt with my enquiries and had the job started within two weeks. When Chris and his team turned up they removed the tarp from the house and were straight into cleaning the roof. Chris and Tommy were always hard at work but always cheerful and polite. I found Chris to have an amazing customer service polite, respectable and always available to answer your questions. He is also a good manager who has great pride in his work, inspecting and ensuring the end result was of high quality. When work was completed I was blown away at how good the restoration was, no more leaks or lichen covered tiles and the Basalt colour looks amazing. Thanks all at Roof Force for a wonderful and professional job.

I dealt with Diana on the phone, she was always polite, professional and easy to contact with any enquiries and always got back to me promptly with a reply.
