I went into Booshila in Warwick twice to get a trim. You wouldn't think it would be difficult for a hairdresser no matter the age to understand the difference between Blend and Layer your hair. I have long wavy hair, or at least I used to until it was cut the last time here. I asked that it didn't get razored as I don't like it because I have wavy hair it makes it look frizzy. But still I, under the scissors received layers instead of blending, razoring instead of cutting. Now I do not have curls or waves, just a mess. I have to grow it out to one length and go all the way to Brisbane to find a proper hair dresser. Bad form, just bad form.

Initially I went into this store to ask for a cable for my mower which I was going to replace myself. I was then convinced that it would need the timing reset if I did it myself so I agreed for them to replace the cable. I took my mower in to have the starter cable replaced and blades replaced. Specifically told Cheryl that I did NOT want a service as I was capable of changing the oil, filters and spark plug myself, which she wrote down. Got the text to say it was fixed and what a surprise, they had given it a full service, oil change, filter change and spark plug. I told the man I had requested not to have that done and he said they could undo it. For which I would have to pay again. Price already overpriced, being on a pension this bill has taken my food money for the fortnight. I strongly suggest you do not go into this store. If you do make sure they only do what you want and if they are delivering your mower back to you that it starts properly. Thankfully I told them I wanted all the parts they took off it back so I could check them when I got home. The filter was not "stuffed" as they quaintly put it on the bill. And I still have to change the oil which they said was overfull.

Cost me $128 to get foils that were not the color I wanted. Even after major discussion of what I wanted and where. Foils not placed properly either. Attitude of staff was anti disabled and also inaccurate with skin tones, appropriateness of length to height. Never go there expecting to get what you want. I watched as someone's hair was cut
unevenly. If I could rate lower I would.
