I can’t say thankyou enough! My energy levels are up and anxiety is down. I’m sleeping well and my asthma is gone. I’m losing weight also. I’m so glad I saw the video on Facebook. I know that I have a ‘map’ for the rest of my life, instead of being so unaware of why my health was so hit and miss.
