I wish I signed up with an independent property management sooner. This agency is family run so they are so much more attentive and made us feel like we were not just another landlord. A very different experience. I recommend people to use their local independent agency. I am very happy I made the switch over not only with their service but also for helping me get $55 per week more for my investment property. My property became stale and neglected with my previous agency. House 11 Residential will be getting our next investment property.
