Meant to write this several months ago when this excellent plumber came to our rescue. Toilet fittings on two separate toilets broke late on a rainy day making it very dangerous for my husband, quite ill at the time. Ian answered the call and came after 4PM after he had already arrived home and the day before he was going on holiday with family. He fixed one toilet quickly and expertly and with the other ingeniously improvised to create some substitute parts that were no longer available and would have meant replacing the whole seat at some expense. It was such a relief to have it fixed and made all the difference in stressful times. Not only very good plumber but also very nice man.

Both my mother and brother in law would join me in recommending Jason Killick. From first moments to conclusion all went as planned and as well as it possibly could have. He was a kind, calm, reassuring presence throughout, thoroughly knows his field and is very invested in it. He gave us some valuable advice re the cremation service which I am glad we followed. It is a small family firm, he answers the phone, returns emails promptly and arrives when he says he will. He came to both Brisbane and Ipswich which was appreciated. Nothing seems too much trouble. My brother in law adds that he gave 'good, personal service and was thoughtful and respectful.' He seems to go beyond just doing his job and we hope his firm continues to do well. It deserves to.
