If I could give less than one star I would.
STAY AWAY from this company unless you want months of stress, frustration, time wasting, unanswered calls and still no garage door after months of follow up.
Paid the deposit in Feb 2019, to this day I still don't have a garage door.
Was finally promised installation on the 3rd May after weeks of phone calls, no one showed up. Upon follow up was told they didn't have possession of my door and they couldn't install. Didn't stop them from taking my money when we booked the installation date.
Tedious daily phone calls to the answering machine and ineffective staff resulting in me requesting a charge back on my credit card.
Was assured of a refund by staff at The Garage Door Shop and given book keepers details, when finally got hold of the book keeper, was told she had no idea what I was talking about.
Only reason I have received my money back was because of the charge back processed by my bank.
Too bad I can't get back the time and stress wasted on this company too.
