I explained the entire roof cleaning work to Michael and the purpose of work as it needs to be done urgently, so that he will have clear idea. He was very patient in listening and explained to me the way he will be doing the job and provided a genuine quote. Although he was on his way to work in the eastern subs, we agreed to commence my work the next day. I received a call from Michael in the afternoon that it’s raining in there and he has to go back home and if I am willing he can come straight to my property to complete half of work. I was happily agreed and we met at the property in an hr. The real challenges came once pressure clean started on one side of the roof. he took my attention towards roof paints coming off with pressure clean and also the cracks on many places , I had no choice so asked him to continue the work with low pressure at my risk. I realised bit later that the roof was not looking good later because paints came off from many places which was quite visible. I requested Michael if he can help fixing it anyway. He was greatly open to discuss the feasible options keeping in mind my situation and the purpose of the work and advised the roof paint including fixing the broken/crack tiles in very genuine quote and he has finished the work on time, the very next day. I was very delighted with the advice and greatly appreciate Michael for his help and service.
