I tried to be an iT technician and all I achieved was stressing myself silly and the prospect of having to purchase a new computer. I put out a distress call to Crandall-Mark late on a Sunday night. I was calmly advised me to bring my problem to them the next morning. This I did and I am so grateful for the wonderful service I received and the fact that I wasn't made to feel a complete idiot.
