I am giving this company zero stars but it would only accept 1.
Hired them for my sons 18th birthday party and only the hot food turned up. The delivery driver said he would be back in half an hour with the salads and he did not come back for over an hour so all my guests were waiting and starving as I could not serve just meat and one of my guests had to leave prior to the rest of the food turning up and I had diabetic guests. When contact the company did not care and only offered a $16 refund for the vegetarian meal that did not arrive but when pushed offered a $100 voucher for a return booking which of course I would never use. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They were rude when I dared to complain about the service and had no answer when I asked the simple question of why are your drivers not given a run sheet to check that they have taken everything they need.
Guests being fed at 8.30pm is totally unacceptable when there is alcohol involved but they do not care.
