David communicated well and was very well organized. A safety rail was erected. the tiles , solar panels, ridge caps, valleys were all pressure cleaned to remove the moss, lichen and old loose cement.
David installed storm seal to the valleys, repointed all ridge caps flexible pointing, replaced broken tiles, and cleaned all the gutters.
Our 35 year old roof looks like new again.
