I haven't shopped at a butcher for probably over 10 years, due to the convenience of one stop shopping at Coles, Woolies, etc. However, today I saw this lovely, fresh, clean looking butcher's shop in Stafford Shopping Centre and decided to stop. I haven't had crumbed steak, seriously in over 20 years and this looked soooooooo fresh and yummy, I had to have some. I cooked this up tonight and can I just tell you, it is the most tender steak I have had in a very long time. I purchased approximately $90 worth of meat from Kurty's and I can't wait to taste the rest of it. My family lurrrrvvvv me... :-) No grissle or fat in the crumbed steak (which let's face it, that's what we expect), but nothing, nada, zilch. I've forgotten what it tastes like to have fresh tender meat. I will definitely be back. Please do yourself a favour and try them. Give a small business a go, you won't be disappointed. The Service was wonderful and he was patient, poor thing :-). Sometimes we get soooo busy in our lives that we overlook the exceptional. A+++++
