Paul gave next day service and was prompt, attentive and honest. Has great work ethic and gets on with the job so we felt very confident with the service. Also explained how the leaking pipe occurred without talking down to us and didn't treat us(we are Seniors) as second rate citizens!. Would have no hesitations in using Paul again or highly recommending him
