Dialogues were extremely helpful, this is my true struggle, the english speaking in medicine, how to explain what had to be explained. I got lost with Karen's notes, thanks God, I found the website and I got the 3 books, I did not need other books, even the handbook coz cases all updated in CARENOTES anyways. I mastered the dialogue structure approach to symptomatic presentations. Pls continue the good work, helping IMGs, and I'm sending my detailed feedback. ^_^
