First of let me thank you very much not only for your friendly nature, but your professional & efficient service in getting my hearing aids to work as I would expect them to.  They were a bit sharp to start off with & a few times I turned them down a notch until & could get used to them working PROPERLY.  What a pleasure it is to sit & watch TV & actually hear – but most importantly UNDERSTAND what is being said.

I cannot believe that I put up with the inefficiency of my hearing aids for so long, but I wanted to persevere as long as I could to give my (previous) provider the chance that maybe they could get then working as they should.

Alas I was wrong & I thought maybe it was just me or the actual hearing aids themselves.  Fortunately I had new neighbours move in & they told me to contact you to get a second opinion.  How lucky was I in doing that.

Once again thanks for your very friendly & professional service.  It is a pleasure to now get on with life & not be missing out on what is happening around you.
