Jesse Galbraith— ever this gets to you, i just want you to know that we really felt betrayed. A family is asking for your help and you just milked them off hard earned money. You did not do the complete/correct job at all; and now you are ignoring our calls/emails/text. I hope you realise the negativity you are causing and hopefully correct your ways.
