BUYER BEWARE these guys are beyond rude and have no customer service skills what so ever. I paid them $1200 for a service and once they had my money they didn't seem to care about me. Tried to rebook my second lip consult after my uni placement but unfortunately was pressured into taking an inconvenient appointment because management said the lip girl was too over-worked and too exhausted to fly interstate any more!! They had management call me personally to 'put me in my place' and even had the audacity to say "couldn't YOU just catch a little flight from Melbourne to Sydney to have the lip girl finish her work because she won't be coming back to Melbourne"...despite the fact I had signed an agreement that stated I was entitled to a touch up....in Melbourne...

Even after this ugly situation was resolved and I gave in to taking the appointment as a last resort, they decided to be even more unprofessional and had a rude/arrogant amy-jean representative contact me to cancel a subsequent brow appointment because they couldn't be bothered with me any more. They used the excuse that my brows were "unsuitable" when only two weeks prior my lips were perfectly suitable for tattooing.

Sweetheart, I'm sure you would NEVER treat a celebrity like this and people that pay you this much money don't pay you for this disgusting attitude. I feel sorry for the staff. It's really interesting how the amy-jean Facebook page is blocked from anybody being able to write an honest review about this business and services because they are afraid people will
complain about their behaviour. I'm 100% sure I'm not the first and won't be the last.
