Steer clear. this guy will cuase your more stress and anxiety than you thought possible. misspell your address, get the suburb wrong, print brochures full of spelling and grammar mistakes, not follow up on sales enquiriies, not do the things he says he will, forget to communicate with your solicitor, and keep your house up for sale even after you fire him. attempt to charge you for things that aren't in your contract, gaslight you, and then threaten court (without providing any solicitor details ). He is the worst of dodgy real estate agents. no one could be worse.
