I came in with a very specific photo of what colour I wanted my hair, and what I left with was completely different. Instead of an ash brown with blond foils I left with plain dark red/purple hair and a massive headache from the 3 times my hair was dyed. I will admit the service was good, she treated me nicely and did her best to fix her first mistake. But what I left with was terrible. Yet I still had to pay $218 for something I hate! Which was mostly for the foils and toner which are no where to be seen! Even after 3 weeks, which I was told “they will come through after 2” overall this was a waste of my time and money.
