I honestly cannot thank Tim, Peter & the Team at Coburg Superfinish Smash Repairs enough. They went “above and beyond” any business I have ever experienced.

A stolen car hit my daughter’s car and the driver fled the scene. Her excess was astronomically (nearly the cost of her car) and, although ‘no fault’ on her part, Allianz deemed her claim unviable in recovering costs, even with a police report and the driver being apprehended and charged.

Did a Google search, and thanks to the amazing Google Reviews, I called into Coburg Superfinish Smash Repairs. Tim was busy but took the time to check out the car very friendly and personable and assured me they would look after us and just do what was necessary at minimal cost. That he/the team did! The repair took no time at all and they did it for free.

Their customer service and care is truly exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
