We booked Vicmovers for our house move last weekend and would definitely recommend and use them again.

We originally booked an 8 tonne truck to move all of our things. Amar suggested bringing a 10 tonne truck just in case, but would only charge me for an 8 tonne if we didn't end up filling it. Well, he actually brought a 12 tonne truck, and luckily for us, we actually needed it. We completely underestimated how many items we had and managed to completely fill the entire truck. The job was very big job which ended up taking about 11 hours in total including travel time. While this did end up costing us more than we expected, it was because we underestimated how much stuff we had and because we actually did end up needing a 12 tonne truck.

Despite this, we were very happy and very pleased with Amar and his teammate's level of service. They are very hard workers. They did not waste any time and worked very hard the entire day. They had a very friendly and positive attitude the whole day. By the end of the day you could tell they were exhausted, but they still had smiles on their faces.

Their service is definitely 10/10. It's the small details, such as Amar offering to lend some of his tools to my father-in-law while he was assembling something in the new property. Or how Amar wears a blu-tooth headpiece so that he can take calls from prospective clients but still continue to work for you lifting and moving items.
