Trudy is a really good property manager. She's helpful and responsive whenever I emailed her about any issues in the apartment. I also have great experience with the reception team whenever I call them for something because they're friendly and also helpful. I'd recommend them for renters because it's quite a rare experience to find a good RE agency.
