Dave went above and beyond to help when we had a burst flexi pipe. The professionalism, compassion and friendliness that he showed was beyond amazing. He arrived less than a hour after the job was logged and calmly talked me through the whole process which helped make the situation of a flooded bedroom and bathroom seem a little less stressful.
