I came into the situation without any knowledge of what was required etc and it was all explained clearly and made easy to follow and completely hassle free. Which suited me and my experience with finance very well. What I liked most about the service was the excellent communication as I was interstate, I was always comfortable with what was heppening wityh the house in Qld.
