Today I had a particularly unpleasant experience with this Business.
Two weeks ago aI purchased a full rib fillet for around $90 as I recall.
The shop cut it into steaks for me. As I prepared them for freezing I noted the meat was of poor quality, with lots of crisle and sinue The first 3 meals re inforecd this. When making my next purchase today I approached the owner and asked if I could provide some feedback.
After I had indicated that I thought the meat was " ordinary" the male partner in the Businees immediately went on the defensive and quickly became very agressive.
He kept repeating the fillet was advetised as " Budget" ( which it was) and therefore too bad. the female partner was very nice and more receptive and I began to engage with her. However Mr " angry ant" kept jumping over her. He was a very , very angry little man.
The steak WAS INEDIBLE at any price and later in the day I returned the remaining 15 or steaks and walked away.....never to return again.
Message for the owners. Dont sell bubbish meat, particularly better cuts, and regardless of price.....and when a customer provides some backpack accept it in the spirit in which it is given without reverting to abuse and anger
