In my opinion I think that their customer service for property owners is almost non-existent, if you have a rental listed with them be very careful as they seem to all ways believe the tenants even when a house free of mould for 7 years suddenly has mould through the whole house and has no water leaks or other contributing factors, it is apparently the owners fault and then when you want it cleaned properly they tell you they can't meet your standards and won't look after the property any longer.
