I had previously dealt with Alpha around 25 years ago, and they were the first people I called when requiring a carport/verandah. The quote seemed reasonable and I paid the desposit. Of course local Council approvals take time, but once this was finalised, Alpha ensured my structure was completed well before a planned event at my house. One slight issue was that the bottom capping on my side-screen was not included ... the salesman should have pointed this out and offered it as an option. But overall, very happy. The installer got it up in a day ... there were a couple of bits and pieces that he needed to tidy up, and he came back a few days later to absolutely complete the job. We've had a couple of decent rains since, and the carport/verandah has passed the test ... no leaks and water drains away correctly. Thank you again, Alpha Industries ...
