Extremely disappointed with my treatment at this salon. I was called to come in early which suited me, then had the discussion about what I wanted. I clearly stated that I wanted to go lighter and after being shown a photo of what it would look like, I felt confident that the woman knew what I expected. Colour was applied and even though it looked quite dark she said she was happy. The time came for the colour to be washed out and she left me to do a man's cut. I thought that's okay, shouldn't take long while someone else washed my hair. I was left for 3/4hr sitting with wet hair before she came back. Not happy by this stage. She cut my hair then proceeded to blow dry it. As soon as it started drying, I knew it was not right. Overall it was a horrible muddy brown colour with copper foils and only two light foils that I could see. I said I was happy with the cut but I did not like the colour. She said she would make it lighter next time. Well, there isn't going to be a next time. After sitting there for 4 1/2hrs and $250 out of pocket I was in tears when I got to my car. My advice - go somewhere else where people actually listen to what you want and don't leave you sitting for ages while they go and do someone else's hair.
