When I first saw Jeff I had severe lower back pain, which is what originally prompted me to seek out his help. Within a month of treatment it was gone. Also my overall posture improved more rapidly than I anticipated. Friends and colleagues commented that I was a couple of inches taller than I used to be. Now that I look back on it I can't imagine continuing to slouch the way that I used to. Of course I still have a ways to go, but I am at least mindful and aware now of what the benefits are when you have a good chiropractor looking after you. I am confident that I am on the path to having the best spinal health I possibly can have thanks to Jeff, and once I have reached it I am going to do my best to maintain it!
