Every order there is something missing. Last order my wife went to pick it up and the drink was missing, when she asked where it was she was told it wasn't ordered. I provided feedback via their portal and the "area manager" said he reviewed the cctv and said everything was fine, then added my order details to the feedback (which clearly showed the drink was ordered) and proceeded to close the ticket.
