After my previous  bad experience   Fantastic Services  offered  me a 60dollar penalty or 80 dollar credit  if I want to give  them another chance. Unfortunately I  opted for the credit  and decided  to give them another chance  hoping for a good experience  this time but the experience  i had with them was far from good and nothing  less then horrible.
I booked  Fantastic  Services for a spring  clean, 2 room wall clean, fridge clean and carpet  steam clean last week  on Tuesday  at 9 am. The email  said I had to empty  the fridge  and turn it off 2 hours prior  to the time. At 8 45 I recieved  the  call  from them saying  that there cleaners are sick  and won't be able to come .I was very upset  over the same thing happening  for the third  time  and rescheduled for Saturday  12 noon.
On Saturday  I received  the call that because  of the rain cleaners are running  behind  schedule  and will be late. I asked for a specific  time as I had other errands to do on Saturday  ,I was told 3pm. The guy showed  up alone around  3 50pm .
When he came to my apartment  he was wearing heavy boots which were all wet ,I requested  him to take them off before coming  in on the carpet to which he refused saying it's gonna get cleaned  anyways. I asked him where was his stuff and team he told me first he will inspect and then they will come in ( this had not been  communicated  to me before) I said ok. He walked all around  my carpeted place with his wet boots on took pics of my home and fridge.  And went out staying  i am right outside your door I need to send pics to the company .
10 minutes  later I received  the call from Fantastic  Services  saying that you requested  2 walls not 2 rooms and the fridge  is not empty. We can not clean two rooms because we charged you for 2 walls only. I told them when I booked online it asked me for the number  of rooms for wall cleaning  how can you expect  one room to have one wall only. They guy on the other end argued that  no we ask for number  of walls on our website  while I told him that the website  asks for number  of rooms and a room has 4 walls  had it asked for the number  of walls I would have put in a different  number  . He kept insisting that no it says  number  of walls on our website  , i have screenshot of the Web page clearly  shows that  it asks for number  of walls. Furthermore  he also insisted  that the fridge  is not empty  it has ice in it . I told him there is no ice its a non frost fridge  and I can empty  it instantly I didn't  empty  it earlier  because its not easy emptying  a  fridge  in a household  and getting  cancelled  upon  repeatedly.
Ultimately  I told him to forget  the walls and go ahead with the rest of the cleaning  as they had already  wasted a lot of my time and days and were not ready to accept.
15 min later  he calls me back saying  the cleaning  team has already  left your place and can not come back  today. I was stunned the guy told me he is stepping outside  talking  to the company .
After all this I clearly  told him that I am done with this company  and do not wish to have their services  in the future and asked for a refund . I was refunded  my balance  amount . The credit from the previous  experiences was not refunded.

My experience  with this company  has been horrible  they are extremely  unprofessional  and liars giving no value  to other peoples time. They not only left me extremely  upset but also wasted a lot of my time. Apart  from that I felt a stranger  walked into my home  took pictures  and left.

I would never recommend  Fantastic Services  to anyone stay away from them. Its an extremely  unprofessional team .

Booked them before the Christmas holidays for a deep clean of my place, I booked a week ahead and scheduled my work around it. They were supposed to come in on Tuesday morning around 9 am , I recieved a call around 9 20 that there car had broken down and they were not sure if they could come. I said I can wait even if its another 2 -3 hours but they called back saying it's gonna take long so they had to reschedule .I understood there situation and was very accommodating with them.
They rescheduled the services to Friday, on Wednesday I recieved a text from them that their team has decided not to work on Friday and they can reschedule. When I tried calling the number it went straight to voicemail!
Highly unethical and unprofessional! Cancelled a pre booked service twice!!! didn't they plan their schedule earlier?? Shouldn't have booked and cancelled!!
They even charged my card the moment I booked with them for the first time. Their customer representatives need some training on how to deal with customers. Wasted 15 days ,I couldn't even get any other cleaners during the holidays .Ended up doing deep cleaning on the Christmas eve myself.

After I posted this review the fantastic team got in touch with me they had a
professional polite tone in the email and apologised for my experience , they also offered me a reverse cancellation fee or a credit if I wish to give them another chance. I got the credit and will give them another chance hopefully it would be better this time.
