Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience. The response times to my original request to quote; attending my home to assess the work, followed by providing the detailed scope and quote, took less than 48 hours. The pricing was fair, reasonable and competitive against other quotes I received. The work was performed within less than a week from confirming I would be using their services.

This covered roof cleaning; replacement of any broken tiles; replacement of valleys; and fixing all ridge capping. Frank and his team completed the work within two days and provided a beautiful looking roof. Their attention to detail and care to make the roof look great, was a treat to see. Just watching the way they performed the work on the re-pointing and plastering of the ridge caps displayed their pride and attitude in their work. Additionally, the team are really personable, kind and friendly.

As a testament to their work, I have already planned additional work that I will be utilising their services for.
