We were recently selling a property that we'd previously had rented out - it was completely empty and looked very sparse. Also the garden was a mess - we'd removed all the very overgrown bushes but that left basically nothing ! Not very appealing for prospective buyers.
The real estate agent we were using suggested we call Ros to help with both the garden and the furniture. She was fantastic. She visited the property and quickly came back to me with a proposal for the garden and also furniture. She kept me up to date with the progress and when I visited, I was amazed with how good she had the property looking.
We live on the other side of town and had been very busy with work so having Ros prepare the property for sale was ideal. Highly recommend.
We just had the auction this weekend and we were very happy with the result. Hard to say how much of it was influenced by the presentation, but it definitely helped.
We used this company for a joint 40th birthday. It was the first time I'd used caterers but they were fantastic. The food was delicious - and quite interesting. The staff were also amazing and it was such a great way to do a party. They used all their own equipment and left the kitchen as they found it. They were also happy to serve up our own cake for dessert. Highly recommend.
I've been looking for a new hairdresser since my other one moved away. I called - needing my roots done urgently - and they kindly found a way to fit me in. The salon is homely and the atmosphere is very friendly. You get the feeling the staff are all very genuine. I've since been back for a blowdry (for a party) and am keen to try them out for a cut sometime soon!
Extremely disappointed! I had a large couch and couch-sized ottoman made with Warwick Lustrell Casa fabric. Although it is now 9 years old, this couch is hardly used - and anyway, I'd expect a couch to last far longer than that! The upholstery itself is totally fine but the fabric is terrible. It flakes off in large chunks and covers anyone that dares sit on it with black flaky stuff. It's now totally un-usable.
I contacted Warwick and was told to submit a claim. Did this (with photos etc) and it was rejected, stating that some wear and tear is normal. I called and explained this is far worse than normal wear and tear - we can't sit on it! They told me to resubmit the claim, which I did, but have now received another letter saying its been rejected. I've called again and am now waiting on a response, but based on the previous review, I don't hold my breath.
This is terrible customer service, and I'd warn others to choose from an alternate supplier.
Should have googled before I purchased:

Seems that I'm not the only one having problems with this fabric (and their claims process).
I've eaten here and had coffees here a few times. food was ok but the service a bit underwhelming.
We've used this business for both our kids and found them to be excellent. One had a stutter which came on suddenly and was quite severe. Felicia saw her and we had massive improvements within a few weeks. The other was/is for some pronunciation issues and although the progress is more gradual, it's definitely there. We see Laura for this. (Both of them are excellent.) Our kids love them too. Highly recommend if your kids need some help.
A friend organized a small function here - 12 people for dinner. It was amazing!!! Food was superb - set menu of small sharing plates but plenty of food.they also handled my weird dietary requests without flinching! Service was flawless too. highly recommend their sangria and other jugs (lychee was one). great night out and I'll be back.
Took the kids here for my husbands birthday dinner after getting a recommendation from a friend. The food was very good - great sushi/sashimi platter - and it was a nice casual night. Its somewhere between a restaurant and a cafe - not that many tables. Service was a little slow but we'd go there again.
We take our kids here for swimming lessons and the instructors are great. (They actually teach swimming rather than just having a play!) It's also nice for the mums or dads to have a wallow in the hot pool from where we can "watch" the lesson ;) The only downside is that its quite salty and stings your eyes - our kids took a while to get used to this. (Feels great on your skin though.)
Recently discovered this little gem of a cafe. A much needed find in Brighton where it seems hard to find a cafe that is not too showy - Marmalade is the real deal. Lovely food, great atmosphere and coffees have always been spot on.
