I contacted this company to remove my belongings from Arrawarra to Woolgoolga to be placed in storage a commute of 15 minutes I explained I truly had alot of belongings,, 1 garage full plus the contents of a 4 bedroom home I was informed by the man on the ph it was $250 an hr and 3 men and a truck would arrive on the day . When they arrived it was 2 men and a small truck with the older man stating " what alot of shit " I asked where was the third man and truck at which he had no idea just there to do the job but after the first trip a 3rd man arrived at my place telling me they had rung him .Unfortunately I had at that stage a slight case of heat stroke and lack of sleep from staying in a tent camping . Believing that things were running smoothly I left it in
their capable hands 2 days later I returned to my former home to find 1 load either in or outside of the premises , 8kg washing machine , 8kg dryer , art work , microwave oven , jewellery stands with jewellery plus numerous other items in total shock I was able to contact a young and helpful man who organised a company in coffs for us ( I picked up my ex to help me ) grabbed a Ute then raced back to Arrawarra did 3 trips to finish the job they didn't. I have never felt so stressed out or let down , as I'd left my 2 disabled adult children to do their work, they then quoted me $2225 at this moment in time I've only paid $1625 as I had to spend $305 on the day of removing my own things and my time and those who helped me is as far as I'm concerned also has a value , please people make sure when they say truck it is a truck suitable for your needs not something suitable for a granny flat ,, ps my things are not shit !!!
