I reached out to Natham to ask him to have a look at the roller door as it wasn't working. After sending him a photo of the motor he advised that it needed to be reset. Instead of organising a service call he spent 20 minutes over the phone talking me through the reset program step by step. He did this free of charge and told me he was happy to help. Outstanding service and an absolute gentleman, I would give this business 10 stars if it was possible. Just fabulous!!
