Regina's Calmbirth Course was a vital component of my preparation for the birth of my 2nd child. I had a very traumatic hospital birth with my first child that led to PTSD and some ongoing physical problems, and so I'd planned a homebirth with an Independent Midwife for my 2nd child last year. I had done extensive research and was feeling pretty good but Regina's wonderful course and calming presence allayed any outstanding fears. I am positive that the Calmbirth course and the breathing techniques I learned during the course were the foundation of the amazing, healing, empowering and euphoric birth of my daughter last July at home in our spa in only 6 hours.
