They are the most attentive and caring vets I have ever been to.

We have been going there for a while now for vaccinations and they have always been awesome but what really made them stand out was their service & quick response when our puppy had a small object lodged in his eye and he needed an unexpected procedure to remove it.

Kerry & the team were really responsive, informative and caring throughout the whole process. They made us feel very comfortable and even let us give him his favourite toy before his procedure! Their costs are very reasonable and they even helped us with the pet insurance claim.

I have been seeing Joanne (Dietitian & Sports Physiologist) for a few weeks now to help correct my bad eating habits, lower my cholesterol & lose body fat. Ever since my first appointment I have been really pleased with their professionalism, friendly & informative approach. She is really positive, a wealth of information & doesn't lecture you on how to eat but rather teaches you how to incorporate healthy eating into your current lifestyle! Definitely worth the visit!

Amazing service, treatment & on time! I have been going to see Mel @ Parkside Physio for about 2 months now & she has been the only physio to not only treat my injuries but also teach me how to properly stretch to prevent injury! The ladies at the front counter are really friendly both in person & on the phone. I love the fact that I get a text reminder a few days before!! If you need a physio check them out.

The team here are absolutely amazing! They make some really yummy desserts & are always polite! I love going in whenever I am in sutherland to pick up some macaroons!!!! Definitely worth a try!

They have an extensive menu of gourmet style pizzas however they are a bit slow on the service. We ordered the Wagu Prawn & Perri Perri Chicken which were quite tasty but not what i expected for the price.

Awesome service! The products were not much cheaper than other pet stores however you receive velocity points when you purchase through these guys :) I had a question and they were really quick to respond :) Very happy overall.

The experience was absolutely perfect! The team are very knowledgable and were able to answer all my questions and also provide great advice about what we should be feeding our puppy & the yummy treats he will like!
