No I wouldn’t want to recommend this businesses to any other because the service I have received from this company. They installed my very luxurious gas cooking top in my brand new kitchen and when they installing it. They didn’t put any material under my cooking top between the cooking top and the stone bench top on the lady side and on the right side of my cooking top they didn’t even put silicone where the cooking top and the stone bench top are contacting each other. They left the cap and they didn’t put and cap filler or silicone between the cooking top and the stone bench are. Whenever you are paying for a very expensive service and you would expect them to do a good job for you and take a good care of it. until my son accidentally drop a cooking utensils and cracked it. Usually the glass cooking top is very strong and it wouldn’t crack if they installed it properly. I mean they should put some after materials and some silicone underneath the cooking top. They should just leave the cap there between the cooking top and the stone bench top. They only used the silicone on the front and the back sides under the cooking top but did not put anything on the left and the right sides where the two hard metals are contacting each other. It is very disappointing and it cost me a couple of thousand dollars to replace the glass part. If they do their job properly the glass part would not break so easily!!! This company should compensates me for their short cut work!!!!!!

I was renovating my kitchen and I google this company the guy come to my house who’s name is Jessie he is quite short guy.
When he came he measured up and he told me that he can do any colour that I wanted!!!!! He said I can choose any colour that I wish!!!!!!! Sounds brilliant !!!!! Right????? I thought so too!!!!!! I said oh wow!!!!!!!!! Actually, I do have a special colour that I wanted is bright pink ;)! With happy and excitement !!!!!!!!!
And I had the colour examples and the pictures to show him!!!!!!!! He said, NO problem at all !!!!!!!!!! You can have any colour that you wish he repeated it again!!!! He promised me that my glass splashback will be ready in three four weeks!!!!!! He asked to pay him $900 deposit in cash!
After waiting all this times I haven’t heard any from this company so I called them and they said they need more times. I said no worries. After waiting waiting I haven’t heard any thing from them !!! Again I called them they said they can’t do the bright pink colour that I wanted :(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They didn’t say that when they took my deposit $ :(
I said that’s ok if you can’t do my colour that you promised me. I would like my redound. They replied redound no there’s no refund! I saked, why??? They replied “because they cut the glass already” !!!! I replied, “ but you can’t give me the colour that I wanted and you promised for “ I should get refund !!!!!!!!
They asked me to Choose different colours which I don’t really like them :(
They said we can’t do the colour that you wanted but you can have the glass.
What am I do with the pieces glasses :(?????? What I wanted is the pink glass splash back :( :( :( !!!!!!!!!!
They called me and they said that they won’t give me the refund :( :( :( we had discussion on the phone and I’ll except the glass for three hundred:( !!!!!! they said they will deliver the glass to my house 7am in the morning !!!!! Glass :( :( :( !!!!!!! Not pink splash back :( :( :( !!!!!!! And that is NOT what I wished for :( :( :( !!!!!!!!!!
Here comes how doggie this company is :( !!!!!!!!! They put the white powder on the glass :( :( :( you properly ask WHY?????? On the glass on the left side top Conner there’s deep cut damage :( :( :( I think maybe when he was starting cut made mistake or maybe when he cut the glass had accident :( who knows
they are the only ones know what happened but they do :( !!!!!!!
The next day which is very early in the morning 7am the guy called Jussie came knocking on the door. He was very nervous and shaking. He put the glass on my dinning table. I noticed the damaged :( :( :( !!!!!!!!! I pointed it out and I said the glass is damaged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here is he tricks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!And how doggie this guy is :!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He said that is just paint! :( :( :( !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He used his tricks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!you see, he put his fingers on the glass and wipe out some of the pain but in the difficult area !!!!!!!!!! Not where I was painted the damage area :( :( :(!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here is an other tricks he used is : !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When he said is just pain, is NOT pain !!!!!!!!! Is sort of white powder :(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He pick a very very early in the morning 7am many off us the body might got out the bed you brain might still NOT completely function yet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How doggie this company and this guy was ????????????????????? You can be the judge ;) ...........who knows how many times he used his TRICKS and who knows how many times he USED them ??????????????????
We had conversations on the phone and I said I’m not pay you $900 dollars just for pieces of glass :( :( :(!!!!!!!!!!!! I wanted product NOT glass :(!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I only accept the glass if I have my partly redound!!!!!!!!!
We agreed the glass which is $300 dollars and they said they will redound me the rest which they never did :( :( :( !!!!!!!!!!!!!
So you can be the judge .........HOW doggie this company IS .........and HOW doggie this guy IS ???????????????????????
