I went to see both physiotherapy and massage therapists while I was pregnant on a weekly basis. The treatments were fantastic and helped with some of aches that you get in your hips and lower back later in the stages.

Massage and reflexology are very good here. I have been a few times and now have a therapist that I enjoy treatments with. The rooms are quite small but the massage tables are comfortable and the therapists are very friendly and competent. A wide range of services are available from massage through to detox.

My all time favourite Japanese restaurant. I just love the atmosphere whilst dining in and if it is too busy then take away is always a great option to eat on the foreshore. Shige's sushi and sashimi are supurb, as are the hot meals.
