First time visit to an Osteopath - I wasn't sure what to expect. I walked out feeling a million dollars, not only was my back and leg pain eased the headache that had been rumbling along for days had started to lift. I can move without pain now and I feel a bit more energetic already.

Great coffee, good service that is friendly but not over the top, perfect for the relaxed beach environment. We didn't get the chance to eat but the menu looked like it offered a good range and the food we saw being served around us looked tasty.

What a crock, how can they increase water charges while our usage has dropped considerably? This is a rip-off organisation designed to feather the next of Jim Soorley and his cronies. There is absolutely no justification for introducing privatisation of water and other utilities. We will end up not having access to water at all unless we're exceptionally wealthy. We'll have less access to water than a third world nation. How do they expect young families and the elderly who have limited resources already to survive when they're charging such an unethical amount?

Our kids have participated in some of the educational presentations Ocean Life Education provide via schools and day care centres. They're very professional but also communicate with the kids in a way that helps them understand and learn easily. Touching some of the marine animals has left a lasting impression on our kids. They also do conferences and corporate events so adults can see, touch and learn about marine animals too.

Exceptional photos, they listened to the style of family portraits we wanted (no cheesy, posed shots!) and made it really easy for the kids to relax. It was all done efficiently but without making us feel rushed so the kids didn't get bored or cranky.

Wonderful service, nice restaurant and good food. The location is quite handy for travellers, there are plenty of takeaways and facilities closeby but we chose to eat in the restaurant for convenience and we weren't disappointed. The staff were very kind and friendly, they took special care of the kids. Our buffet breakfast the following morning was tasty and there were plenty of choices.

Despite booking a non-smoking room it smelt strongly of smoke thanks to the lady next door smoking directly under our window on a regular basis. The room was quite small, particularly compared to other rooms we'd booked in other cities that cost us far less. It was relatively expensive and it took some time to locate somewhere to eat in the local vicinity. Not the most convenient position but apparently Mackay is difficult to book due to the high volume of mining workers travelling through.

Chris and Brett provided such kindness and compassion. They have a great reputation in Far North Qld and our personal experience of their sensitive approach and attention to detail confirmed everything we've heard of them. They were exceptional.

Great, friendly service. The room was the perfect size and layout for a family and everything was clean. Our kids loved the castle theme that extended to the restaurant. We all loved the tasty food, generous portions and the wonderful staff.

They go out of their way to be helpful, especially if you need something in particular and always have time for a chat too.
