Three years ago I joined Karen's class and through her teaching have been introduced to the practice of mindfulness and mediation through traditional asana. The classes are intimate and non intimidating and cater for a range of levels. The studio is peaceful and has a view of the Dandenongs from large picture windows. But most importantly we develop friendships too.
