I love Donna's approach to her work. She engages with the fur kids and their minions/owners in an authentic and gentle way, even when faced with my feral diva cat who, without fail, manages to create such a scene about a basic checkup that it's astounding that Donna comes back 12 months later for more.
I appreciate too that she takes time to educate me about what to look for in order to keep my 3 cats happy and well.
So grateful for the service she offers!
