I have had occasion to ring these guys on quite a few occasions over a period of 4 years & I can recommend them highly with confidence knowing they will do a good job as they have done for me. On two occasions, a year apart they removed a pesky Indian Mynor bird's nest in my roof and then repaired the damage on the very high roof that was causing a leak where the birds had removed the silicone seal between two roof lines. On the second occasion they put bird proofing at entry points to prevent another unwanted bird nest, which has been successful. Another occasion they sealed off all entry points for a rat which had made itself a home under my mother’s house. This last time i had reason to call was for a ring tail possum that had decided to try & make my roof his new residence. Whilst Bernie (owner) was looking for an entry point for the said possum he noticed my two dogs had bailed up a small blue tongue lizard & offered to take it away for a safer home away from the danger of my dogs (which I was very grateful for).
I would not hesitate to call them again. It is a family concern that is very honest in their appraisals of what was causing my problems & have never taken advantage of me not being able to see what they can. Because my roof is very high (2 storeys) they take photos for me to be able to see & understand what they are doing. Much appreciated honesty & reliability.
