I would like to compliment you on your dishes - delicious, well presented and very acceptable to my guests. I'm afraid I neglected your waiter totally, and yet he fitted in very well in the background and did the necessary serving and cleaning up. I didn't even notice him leave!

The party was a huge success and I have had queries regarding my caterer, costs etc which I have willingly passed on.
