Mother Chu's Taiwanese Gourmet offers your typical Taiwanese fare as if you were in Taiwan. Dumplings are hand made and cooked fresh when ordered. Ordered a bowl of Soy Bean drink, fried fritters to go with, pork dumplings, the traditional taiwanese vermicelli, tofu with century egg and a sweet beancurd with red bean desert - all to share between 2, bill came up to approx. $35. Food was decent but nothing to rave about. Good for a quick and no-fuss meal.

Sushi Joy has a good variety of bento boxes which are great value, generous in portions and made fresh. They do sushi and sashimi as well, and price ranges are decent. Lots of locals within the area come round for takeaways too. It's a very small joint with a handful of tables so would not recommend families coming with a pram.

Visited Barzura with a friend and found its location with ease. The location is fantastic, as it is close to Coogee Beach itself and has a great view of the beach. Ordered the local black mussels in a white wine parsley broth and crumbed mushroom and goats cheese balls with red pepper sauce to share and they were delicious. Like the variety on the menu as well. Will definitely be back again.

Have eaten here many times. Good variety of options on the menu, friendly staff. Good seafood risotto, crab cakes, and slow cooked duck. Very casual and relaxed atmosphere.

Had returned from a wonderful 2 night stay at Hedgerow. It was just like a home away from home. The cottage and fittings were top notch and everything anyone would need for a worry free stay was provided. The thoughtfulness, attention to detail, great hospitality and generosity of the hosts, Penny and Paul were more than anyone could have asked for. The breakfast provisions provided were delicious and not to mention the welcome gift of a french bubbly and cheese platter - yummy! Great location as it is only 10 minutes away from Berry and about 20 mins from Kangaroo Valley. Will definitely be returning to this great country retreat.
