I was on my way to Melbourne for a couple of days and had a flat tyre at a friends house, so we called around to find my type of tyres, I called Baurepairs and no joy, they were not helpful at all, then we called Tyre plus in Pakenham, the lady Cathy was wonderful, I was shaking and in a state as I had been told by the RACV man it could have blown on the road, anyway, Cathy ordered the tyres while I was on the phone to her, and booked the car in, so I had to have the car towed to there and they were wonderful, refitted new tyres and helped me a lot, the people that work there are so knowledgeable and helpful, I was so happy to have gone there, and I do not live in the area, so it was a very helpful experience. I was so happy my friend needed tyres and went there as well so they ended up with 2 new customers out of my bad day., she also was happy with them too.
