Great Service - my printer indicated the three colour toner cartridges needed replacing so I called inprintations at 11.45am. Robert promised he'd deliver them that afternoon and did so, himself, at 6pm. The price was competitive ($156 each for genuine Brother vs $165 at Office Works. I had previously bought the MFC-L3770 printer from him and there too his service was geat and price thorouhly competitive with Officeworks,
