Her menu offers fresh gourmet options that are exceptional value and I found it so refreshing to get away from the set number of pieces per person policy that most catering companies insist upon! Her aim was to ensure that I had a great night and that I didn't worry for a minute about the food and my guests being served enough. She catered to eating preferences without an issue and her staff were simply delightful, friendly, always smiling and attentive. Thank you Kate.
